Order Cancellation
Please note: once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping.
Returns & Refunds
We proudly offer a 100% refund within 30 days if you’re not satisfied after consistent use or experience with the product.
To qualify, we kindly ask for a short written explanation of your experience, from the time you received the product to when you decided it wasn’t right for you. This helps us improve and ensure products are being used properly.

Damaged Items
We inspect and pack every order with care. If your item arrives physically damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
📸 Please include a clear photo of the damaged item in your email to eternabaddies@gmail.com so we can review and issue a replacement if applicable.
Cosmetic damage to packaging does not qualify unless the product itself is affected.
We do not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or handling.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship orders promptly, but Eterna™ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact the courier directly. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues outside our control.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our brand, all billing/shipping details are verified at checkout. If suspicious activity is detected, we may request further verification or cancel the order for your safety.
